by the way, online selling/buying is getting popular now.
i myself is an online seller (multiply).
advise before you purchase anything online is that try to take some time reading the sellers feedbacks and info's as it might help you not being scammed.

Ebay in the Philippines is very risky to use, they don't even support the use of paypal unlike ebays from other countries.

I am a proud user of Ebay, but I only buy through paypal. I had a recent purchase of a playstation 3 for 550.00 dollars. I had NO CONTACT what so ever with the seller for 2 weeks after I sent him the 550.00. I e-mailed paypal about my situation and I was refunded the 550.00 in a matter of 3 days, no questions asked.

Can't say the same here for the Philippines =\
