kadaghanan nag work dri na TLs/Higher Posts (technical) kay mga polpol man... labi na jud ang mga x-etels... dnt have to mention names... kaila ra mo ana nila based sa inyo experience... hehehe

well, for the tls lang jud bro, para nako they don't need to be 'that' technical kay they're being paid to manage the team & not to take calls. agents are the frontliners. pero as a tl sad they have to know sad jud about the account para dili sila mag mukhang tanga sa ilang agents.

but knowing accenture @ teletech & how it is being run by the current bosses, tls wont really have the time to get to know the account because of tons of deliverables that the bosses are asking them. some of the deliverables kay wala bya juy gamit. Accenture @ teletech is more on compliance lang mao nga wa jud ni ni improve. i just hope nga ilang ipuli nga mga boss would be able to make the account better this time.

none so far. but most agents say that the new SOM could possibly be the same or may be even worst. they say that the new SOM is not knowledgeable when it comes to management.
