Old PSP aka PSP1000 use 1800maH battery and for New PSP2000 aka PSP Slim use 1200maH battery...you can calculate now asa masdugay mahurot ang power...we can use our old PSP battery for PSP Slim and extend playing time up 10hrs +/- naa may optional cover nga iilis sa battery pack sa SLim PSP para magamit nato ang 1800maH na battery...yet wala pay available sa local market..we just need to wait...

my review on my new PSP Slim..

the PSP is incredibly slim and lighter than i ever imagined. even the box has been slimmed down too! memory card slot has been modified and moved to the upper left (same side) and battery cover has been modified too, different configuration than the older one, but you dont need to be a rocket scientist to figure that out. screen resolution is soooo crisp! very nice and bright! and a no dead pixel policy! UMD cover opens widely but there isn't anything holding the UMD itself. you just drop the UMD inside and thats it. there isn't a "seatbelt" for it.

charged for only 2hours until the power light turned off upon charging. i have been playing/using from 2:30pm-6:50 in my watch. and accdg to battery info, 73% pa akong batt. so do the math on that. all the buttons have been elevated, such as the navigation cursor, the square, x, o and triangle, start home, volume and etc. what's new to ME is the analog is elevated too! very easy and convenient on moving around! screen is elevated too! or maybe just the casing. i tried putting the screen guard on (for OLD psp) and somehow the sides will keep bubbling up. it was very messy at first and very unsatisfactory to my part. to think, i had no problem in putting on my old psp, nano, phone and etc. so just a tip to all who plans to put a screen guard. i dont know how wan_eye's turn out too.

features is really new! to those who didn't know:
you can now charge via USB (as an option. may be turned on/off if desired)
can access M33 VSH mode by pressing the HOME button and you can access from there.
of course, TV output
new themes available (but thats not really important. well to me.)
screensaver feature is present

thats about what i got for now. anyone update if they can.
what sucks about the TV output feature is cable is sold separately. itech is selling daw 2200 for original cables. which sucks big time.

i'll try to provide av cables asap. 3rd party company nga lng. i have the original component cable though. and quad, very well explain regarding the slim psp. enjoy it..
