hmmm..akoa pod kay kusog adtong 24th-27th,pgka 28th hinay,gahapon 29th nikusog npod,,karon napod adlawa hinay napod naa lang 70kbps and below mg average,, mao lagi.may unta naay notice man lang unta.pra expected na..ingon ani nalng permi..on and off..unya sakto atong bayad,ilang serbisyo dili..
maayo gani na inyo ay mohinay 79 kbps dri amoa kay 20-10 kbps ra gani....

my wifi was installed dec 26, it worked for 2 days & on the 28th only smart wifi website ako ma open.nag t/s ko ug ako(ipconfig /flushdns,/release,/renew,reset winsocket-dli ghapon hang2d ako reformat sys nko kay gahi ulo ila tech support & i dli man gani maka pinpoint exactly wer ang prob) no matter what website ako e open still mo redirect sa ila portal, try ko ipconfig /all ang mogawas 192.254.231.1(i 4got exactly the ip add) which is mao ip sa ila website, kapoy au tawag ila tech support nga cge lng pa balik2x ug t/s nd i myself tech support ug mga pc, g ingnan na nko dat 8s not my pc ang prob kay ila site sayop ang ghatag nga ip...na resolve ang problem next day pa which i was correct ila g reset ang ako ip sa ila site jud...nya krn lng 4pm n balik npud ang problem..ang ip 192.254.231.1 na pd..hasola ani nila oi..nya pa t/s na pd raba cla....huwa2n pa nko ugma buntag sau f au na ba...hopefully naa taga smart mubasa ani..pls train ur techs wel & listen to ur customers....

I had the same experience last week when my sister got her Smart-Wifi..just 1 day after it was installed, we got exactly the same problem as you had stated...I called their tech-support and I was instructed to reset my connection via the smart-wifi portal (the site you were redirected for authentication or managing your smartwifi account)...there is a button there that allow you to reset your connection by yourself...from then on when we got the same problem, even my sister can now solve itOriginally Posted by ryan22

if ever dat prob would happen again..& reseting from d website will not work(which n my case 8 didn't) call tech support & ask 2 be escalated to their l2 techs(meridian tech's which is smart wifi subsudiary) coz they listen to u & know more about their connection & wat 2 do...unlyk their tech support which i think was just trained for a week & doesn't even know what the problem....
mau pa gani inyo kay reset lang, ang ko sa una kay accidental daw na "in-active" ako account nga 1 week pa sukad gi-install ang ila antenna. paita. wa nalang gani ko mi-request ug sort of re-imbursement. paita ani oi. CIARO WAY TAGA NTC 7 MI-ACTION ANI!!!!!
btaw bro wa dyd ni claro ila customer service ba.. ga bayad tag insakto... ka paet dyd ning wifi... my speed now s 12.26 kbps... hastang hinaya...![]()
