Should newbies be disallowed to post under buy/sell and pm access?

I can perfectly understand why they are instituting these measures. But for desperate people like me, who want to sell something, the only choice is to post away anywhere!!!! Cus we cant afford the fee...

i agree that the newbies be disallowed to post under buy/sell!! for this the forum could be 100% sure that the new member is ripe for the picking

sayang gyud dili na ang mga bag-o maka post sa buy and sell pero maka sabot sad ko sa mga admin kai kailangan i-protect ang mga users. ana gyud na basta libre ang service, naa gyud mu abuse, especially scammers. mu invest nalang ta sa fees kung naa gyud tay kailangan i-baligya.

basig maka himo nalang sad tag section about mga customers' complaints & scams bai para we will be informed about the latest tricks nya we can avoid them also and para dili na ta ma ilad... just a thought lang...

there is a sticky thread about this po, click on the classified/buy/trade/sell link and scroll down you will see the thread for comments and feedbacks there, i think its just below or above the bstc rules and regulations. =)

i have a suggestion but i dont think most of the newbies will agree to this but sa femalenetwork/girltalk na forum they disallow the newbies to view the buy and sell forum, i think effective cya so atleast the newbies will be aware of the rules and regs and to avoid thread crappers. =)

i disallow lang gyud na sila... kay ang iStorya.net is a community, dili palengke...

kay bati man pud na ang daghan manganhi diri na forums kay kana rang nangita ug barato na pamalaton...

well, im not a newbie actually... been a meeber of istorya since last year.. but i seldom post.. anyway, i was able to help my friend sell his ps2 and buy a fon. i recently bought a fon from here to... its jesica's fon actually..

now i would like to make a post at commerce coz my friend is selling her samsumg cellphone, but i cant make a post! which is so unfortunate =( so may i know how can i make a post in commerce?

its either you work your way to junior member status by posting in other threads (sir beor lowered the posting requirements to become junior member)
or you get the paid membership.

mas maayo pati ang PM access, kay samok kaayo ang uban newbies.... mag cge ug pm then ig human dli mo lahos ug palit. Kung mahimo unta, ang newbies naay access sa kanang general discussion lang sa... wala silay access sa buy and sell
