yeah. its really how you play ur metrics and how ur supervisor follow up ur promotion. (then samahan ng luck konti and prayers). sometimes playing with it is not enough because the mngmntÂ* changed it every quarte,r so the time that ur familiar with the metrics they are already different.
because in my case i should be promoted last may however up to now it havent been released yet.
but its okay since the pay will still be retroactive.![]()

esp if ur in the technical area. its not only ur com skills that you have to use but analysis on solving the problem and how you build rapport.
***if i were to ask for advice on how to get in to a call center - *** 1. be prepared. dont rush to submit your resume and be interviewed when you are not ready. it takes 6 mos again before you can reapply. ( huwag apply ng apply then commiting the same mistakes based from the previous interview)
2. practice tongue twisters. review subject verb agreement, plural singular,pronunciation (this is very important ie. cener for center, tweny for twenty) etc, etc.
be confident during the interview.
3.) learn from past experiences. (ie. if you dont pass.. try to think what have went wrong to the interview)![]()
