Ahh yes! iOS 7.1 Beta 3 Changelog, New Features [Photos] | Redmond Pie

However, I reverted back to 7.0.4 JB. Although there is already an "unofficial" Evasi0n for iOS 7.1 Beta 3, some of the tweaks in Cydia (including paid ones) don't support iOS 7.1 as of yet. It sucks but I guess that's how it is at the moment.

Yeah.

I'm testing it right now. Isa ra ako reklamo. If I send a message as "Text", dili mabasa ang emoticons. If i send it as "iMessage", okay ra ang emoticons. The emoticons are stock by the way from the "Emoji" keyboard that's built in the iOS.

EDIT: I figured it out. You can change it from Settings > More Stuff > Smileys > Emoji.
