haskang paeta sa globe diri bai, paet pa sa kape! kapila nako manawag pero mga customer service baya wala jud mahimo, naa jud sa linya ang problema, nasubraan cguro sa subscriber, wala man gud silay kopitinsya diri sa amoa.

better report it to proper authority dial 171 hotline den follow kas instruction, just tell the operator that yor line or GLBB needs to b repaired and let sambadi(repairman) fixed it.... and dont forget to ask d name of the attendant or trouble dispatch number ingkaso pagfollow up unya.... also better suggest for a globelines personnel not a contractor..... :mrgreen:

@dagget: mao bah... atbang ra sa akong balay ang port/poste.... bago lang nahuman.. last two weeks ra.. den naay nag suroy2x taga globe ganina.. ni apply ko...

you have to ask if you are connected to that box

sometimes they connect you to a box far from your place

like my uncle in escario he is connected to a box in cebu doctor's

but there is also a box across their place.... the technician said it is full already so they had to connect him to another box which is farther.

kung haus nimo duol ra sa poste nga wer connected didto sa dp maau, but much better f mas duol ra haus nimo sa cabinet wer ang mga ports nga imong giingon naa sud sa cabinet, coz lesser ra kag cable looses. after ana sa cabinet, FOC na going to the Exchange/Host. :mrgreen:

DATA is very much sensitive once imo copper cable or drop wire has foriegn voltages, low in IR, mao ni ang mga causes nga u samtyms xperience connection cut offs or data disconnections.....

Seriously, try to email to their customer service(customercare@innove.com.ph) and express in your email how disappointed you are and that no one among the folks at innove that you complained to has ever paid attention to you. raise like hell, make yourself heard. But then, if you don't want the hassle, switch to another provider. After all, that's what competition is all about. Â*
