Its the same with this criminals. Rapists and thieves CANT change their lives. They will just LAY LOW for awhile, and PRETEND to have changed for the better. But deep inside, they are just waiting for the perfect timing. There wasnt a criminal who has completely changed. NONE. And havent you noticed that those "victims", if that's what you want to call it, of this vigilantes are IN AND OUT of prison. Please note the IN AND OUT. What does that imply IN AND OUT?? Please tinker on these three words. IN AND OUT. For sure Manny, you havent seen desperate people living in a desperate hell of a life, try going to PASIL or CARBON or any SQUATTER AREA, and ask those living there, what's it like?? Do interviews. For sure it will change your outlook on things. And please try going to prison and do some interview on the inmates. Once you have done that, then ill start to respect your views.

wow... this is a good thread... so far, cebu is the best place to live (at least for me...) despite of all the traffic, beggars in the street, un-arranged wires hanging between poles, electrical poles in the middle of the street, jeepneys stopping anywhere but jeepney stops... etc. etc etc... i hope, we pinoys will help ourselves rise from all these problems not rely on government. WE CAN DO IT CEBU!!!

Even if they do, it is JUST AS WRONG to go out and kill people without PROVING that they committed the crime. How do I KNOW they really did it? Or are you telling me we should just shoot anyone who I think did it and let God sort them out later?

In case you haven't figured it out yet, MURDER is a crime, so having more vigilantes means having MORE CRIME and CRIMINALS. You don't seem to know what a crime is.

i've been reviewing the way you reply to people and you seem to use ugly side comments and go on downsizing people and that is a violation of rule #1
The purpose of this forum is to facilitate growth, not to belittle others



and back to the discussion of vigilante killings. It's often the case that criminals mocks societies laws, that's why this criminals abuse their so called freedom because they well know that no one can touch them. But now, with the vigilantes around, they have something to fear.
