A simple and cost effective solution. Adjust your time table. In the morning, leave earlier than usual para di malate
It's useful, worth the hassle and wait
It's useless, there's still traffic!

Just like in Manila, no? On second thought, I dread Manila's traffic & to think Cebu is catching up, it sounds like I better go & live in another place that doesn't have a semblance of Manila.Originally Posted by yokam

apil nlng sad na dapit dha sa country mall.
basta mau lng ang plano nya wai kurakot sa construction i think it might be possible before mahuman ang term nila tomas and gywen.
CICC btaw gihuman ramn 6 months das kurakot...so basin cgro masayo nighuman. SRP, gihuman less than 5 yrs (sakto ba?)
Ila gyud ipa-implement dayon ang fly-over kay ang budget ana mabalik man sa General Fund kon dili masugdan. Ug dili masugdan, sayang? Wa'y kickback?Originally Posted by nab_uang
We could blame it on really poor implementation of traffic rules. From Ayala to Talamban (USC-TC), there's a lot of junctions, yet no traffic lights. The result, mag-ilog ang mga sakyanan sa lanes. Each and every corner causes traffic.Just like in Manila, no? 1. Roads crossing in IT Park, Paradise Village and highway going Talamban
2. Country Mall --> At both ends (blame it on the unruly PUJs nga pataka lang ug park)
3. BTC.. gikuhaan na ug 1 lane, no traffic lights, no CITOM
4. Foodland.. though, this is a tolerable one because there's order
5. UV area --> same condition with Country Mall, pataka lang park ug unload and load ang mga PUJs. himoun pa ug terminal.
Though I understand this is a price we pay for the progress of Banilad and Talamban, at least lang pud, they do something about the traffic conditions. And flyover? pareho ra na sa Ayala, mag-ilog gihapon sa ubos.
We need traffic lights and CITOM enforcers. The traffic is getting worse because wala'y order
I think it's about time they should freeze all development projects in Banilad, Talamban & further north because klaro kaayo nga ang traffic diha dapita is getting worse. It's time to shift sa south side of the city na sab.
I think they're taking advantage about the booming of Banilad and Talamban, mao na nagpundok na ang mga establishments, and not to mention the migration of schools towards this area. In return, everybody will sacrifice the traffic for a greater return.I think it's about time they should freeze all development projects in Banilad, Talamban & further north because klaro kaayo nga ang traffic diha dapita is getting worse. Mao jud na, I'm setting my eyes at SRP. Mayta di na pud apilan ug pulitika
naa btaw gyd dako kaaung luna sa SRP good road, accessable from the city, very wide space to build big buildings. saun man sad pug-ngan man sd sa ubang politiko, imbis tabangan nga mo lambo i-kiha man hinuon so maglisud na nuon ug invest.
Apurado raba si Mayor Tom nga masugdan na ang construction sa fly over diha sa may foodland. Sakto ba kaha ni nga desisyon? although needed jud ang immediate solution aning traffic problem sa Ban - Tal area, solution ba jud kaha ni?
