mao bitaw ni ako giingon sir
I spank my kid pero not in Public and dili pud full force oi. I know my limits sa pagdisiplina sa bata.
I am an adult and his only a Kid. last option na lang pud nako ang bunal oi. I don't let him watch TV, play computer, pasuwaton og ABC's or 1-100 for few offenses made. if motuman jud sya, anha na nako i-spank - palm to palm (you know what I mean).

Questions is, how about those kids nga ga suroy-suroy daplin sa kalsada, night and day?

That for me existed only about 5 to 10% of thr whole process on how I discipline my child and I am so far and so good , successful with it. Unless all the people who will do that does it like me then I seriously dont see it as a problem but it is possible. That is just plain child abuse. That will leave some serious psychological issues as the child grows.

Your impact might be different from my impact but these are called CONTROLLED IMPACTS if there is such a thing. Again , we cant speak for everyone . So to make it clear for those who cant properly discipline children , this will apply to them . If you think you are on the right course then need not worry right ?

By the way , naa daghan literature about HOW TO DICSIPLINE WITHOUT SPANKING and SHOUTING , nakita nako sa books area sa Gaisano tabunok , for sure naa na sa known big bookstores.

Not that we need to buy it aron di ta makabayad ug 5K for violating such rule yet I am only emphasizing that indeed , to DISCIPLINE a CHILD , daghan kaayo options na available other than CORPORAL PUNISHMENT and we all know and the sad fact is , dili man pod ni mga tanga and bogo mga konsehal nato to not figure out if what they are trying to pass is something really beneficial.

uestions is, how about those kids nga ga suroy-suroy daplin sa kalsada, night and day?
Answer ana is DSWD . Kung ngano naa gihapon sila sa kadalanan , its the parents to be blame for that for not taking care of their children. That is already a form of child abuse and its nothing different from corporal punsihment since ang harm being inflicted to them are psychological man. ga antos na sila at a very young age.

repartition ra man ni sa child abuse act. and then against ko ani kay unsa on man pag disiplina sa mga ginikanan if di na sila pwdi kasab an ang anak di na pwdi physical contact which is for me ok ra man basta DI LANG SUBRA...

kung di displina on ang mga bata kung mag pa badlong sa public ang ingnon dayon sa mga tao unsa man ni sila oi wa man naka disiplina ang mga ginikanan ana nila... sala na pd sa parents nganong wa naka disiplina....

There will be problems along the way, but as we advance as a civilization then corporal punishment has no place in our evolving society..

Wala nakahuman skwela imo cousin simply because it was his/her decision in life. Daghan man sab mga bata magdala pa ug latigo ang parents sa skwelahan, wa man gihapon katapos college. Palangga ka sa imo mama, it's just that the method of discipline that our parents imparted to us especially physical pain and verbal abuse is no longer "allowed" (for lack of terms) in our modern society.

I'm not saying you avoid spanking your child at all cost. There might be times na spanking becomes inevitable. But because you're not doing it on your child on a regular basis, so walay kaso and there's no reason for you to be afraid of the P5,000 peso fine..
