Nag depend ka kay naa naka sulat sa itinerary, flight details or ticket nga the plane, let's say, well depart at 8:30am
then you make use of the time you still have left prior to flight to and wanting to be precise
then all of a sudden inig abot nimo sa airport for check-in na late naka kay they decided to depart early?
    Well that's realy convenient!!!
Pareha ra na ila gi sabotage ang itinerary sa Promo passengers para maka pa book pa sila sa mahal nga rate
Or are the booking agents are just all tooo eager to still accomodate regular rate passengers to the expense of those lesser paying (promo) ones kay "late or no show" lagi which is gipaligas ra nila.
    hmmmm.....smells fishy
You asked: How can you put something that is booked & sold still up & available for sale?
I answered: When you dont check in on time.

As for flight schedule changes, Its in the contract. A little back reading might help.

Example anang mangayo ka ug schedule sa salida sa cable company, naa nay clause nga movie scheds are subject to change w/o prior notice.
Even in advertising, prices are subject to change w/o prior notice.. etc..

to add: Booked is not the same as checked-in. So naa pay possibility nga mabaligya na.

yah I can see change of flight schedules can be a lot of things like: delays--technical problems, climate..etc. or ma cancel.
But departure way ahead of flight schedule? ngano man? eager kaayo and excited ang pilot palupad or
    nag lumba?

or mu depart ahead of schedule para katong naka early booking sa promo inig abot dili na ka reklamo?
as I've said aren't they a bit that or too eager to depart that early w/o any other motives just to resell
that booked seat again for a much higher rate?

walay mahimo kay naa man sa kontrata sa pasahero ug cebu pacific nga pwede nila i change.

    ---------------------------------
    8.1 Schedules

8.1.1 Flight times shown in the Itinerary Receipt, in timetables or elsewhere are not guaranteed and may change between the date of reservation and the date of travel.

8.1.2 The Airline may change at any time and from time to time the regular schedule of any flight or postpone a flight to any day other than the scheduled day.

8.1.3 The Airline will exert reasonable efforts to notify the affected Passengers of any change in or postponement of the flight schedule, but the Airline will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of any such change or postponement.

    -------------------------------------

For info, tanan eroplano in any airline, nka.planning na na ilang mga lupad. So you say acceptable sa imo ang technical delay, what if naay na AOG(Aircraft on Ground) nga isa ka eroplano sa lain station.. meaning dli ma.aayo dayon kadto eroplanoha kay kinahanglan ug piyesa nga wla dha nga station for example. So ang tibuok network fleet affected, so to compensate, i.adjust2x tanan flight sched pra naay magamit nga eroplano especially sa ilang mga international flights (or bisan domestic) which I think you will agree nga mas dako ang alkanse sa company nga mag pa hotel ug isa ka eroplanohan nga pasahero compared sa pipila nga nabiyaan.. Maybe naay na AOG sa clark mao g.pasayo ug palupad sa ceb-davao nga sector kay aron ma.compensate ang naguba sa clark..

Its an inconvenience to some sometimes, yes, but its a business.. but not to the point of hustling out promo ticket holders, i think..

My point is they're are merely exploiting all those stated in the said "conract" or terms & conditions or agreements along with this purchase or booking of the tickets.
The booking or ticketing agents or the airline company itself is hiding behind these just to "hustle" for a higher rate

And there the smell of fish is veeery much stronger than being an airline that's efficient and truly sincere & honest to their paying customers---promo or not!!

How can it be an exploit when in the beginning, both parties agreed on those terms? Plus, the contract is actually CAB(Civil Aeronautics Board) approved..How can cebu pacific hustle for a higher rate when in fact it is pioneering in low cost air travel?
