bro, i don't have any negative intentions or whatsoever but just want to make a point as well in this issue. im not saying that it is all your fault but with what happened bro the seller or trader is not at fault as well. yes, we all agree that history of the phone or the gadget may have been altered but the main issue here is the condition of the unit which is "defective", that for sure he didn't lie.

i have heard an attorney once, explaining this kind of issue and he said, the only thing that we should refrain from buying or trading as much as possible are "2nd hand", most specially "defective" electronic devices coz their is no laws implemented on this kind of trading not even covered under consumers act, it will always be the buyers responsibility of whatever may have happened after the trade. but issues can still be lawfully settled if it is supported with a written agreement signed by both parties.

and one thing more bro, don't go against all those who posted negative comments against you. you started this thread so don't expect everybody will be on your side. sabi nga nila, we can't please everybody. and i can strongly say that they are all correct and i have already explained why. they are just giving you their own opinions as well which all of us are entitled to do so. Your enemy here are not the istoryans who you think are not taking your side. just consider those who you think might help you with what you are going through right now. if you think they are not helping you, don't waist your time with them. as i said we are all entitled to say something. this is an open thread so be prepared and opened.

First when bring that iphone for check up and fix wifi (Can't mention name coz they just try to buy if PHONE CAN FIX)
after REstore ok na Wifi but camera has problem.
So They just CANCEL Deal coz hard to fix.
When i try to check board i can see SOMEONE already open and TRY TO FIX BOARD.
Guy told me (who own the iphone) his friend try to fix before visit my shop.

After few weeks other person bring SAME Phone (Easy to remember ca that iphone use RUST BOLT Between of Speaker and Mic).
Same Problem also NO SOUND NO CAMERA (Hang)

After few days i got around 3 times of inquire NO SOUND NO CAMERA (3GS WHITE)

In this case ANY ONE EASY TO Notice SAME Phone without record Serial No.

YES Im NOT Authorize Repair Center And BUT I Can Say Problem is the BOARD.

@TS : If you know that you trade with def unit mean you accepts RISK. Or better you check first how much cost for repair.
And You might be check other Shop be4 you post here.

Yes sir but i really really didn't know the story man gud thats why i thought it was repairable but there you go. Bottomline is that I got lied to that it was sent from his elder sibling and he didn't have time to get it checked when i went to get it checked it the real story was revealed.

The unit is repairable for the right price. Sa icenter or Ifix that module na part would be the motherboard which would cost you around 15,000 on wards to have it fixed.

Dili wala mo kagets sa story. The story from the trader is that PINADALA sa iyang maguwang. Pero ang tinood diay is that its a unit from istorya ra gihapon nga gipasa2x MEANING HE LIED ABOUT THE STORY kay defective and UNREPAIRABLE kay motherboard and defective meaning you have to buy a brand new iphone just to repair this one kay walay baligya motherboards nga spare parts for iphone.

FYI: Daghan baligya mothrboard sa iphone ONLINE sir. adto consulta sa mga taga genius bar, dili tanan nahibaw-an ana ni sir dave nimu. Budgeti na P10,000 dali ra kaayu na ilisan lol
