.. there's the difference. it doesnt mean that if you talk in bisaya or live in cebu you automatically become a cebuano. Being a Cebuano is an ideal. It's hard to explain but Cebuanos are very very patriotic to it's city and province and is apathetic to issues concerning the northern side of the philippines.

.. in the past edsa 2 and 3 and all those political struggles in manila, all cebuanos merely said BAHALA NA SILA DIDTO, BASTA KITA DINI MALINAWON .

... but i'm not saying that all of manileneos are stupid, i have met a FEW who are of sound mind. but only a very few, majority of them " up there " are plain stupid.

I totally agree with this comment and suggestion.

Thats true. Bisaya refers to several groups, Ilonggos, Warays, and Cebuanos. All of these are Bisayans because they live in the region called the Visayas.

However, I will raise an issue here, you have to separate being a NATIVE OF CEBU FROM BEING A CEBUANO. Cebuano could mean the language that you speak. You may be living say in Mindanao but yet one speaks the Cebuano dialect. These people who speak the Cebuano language can still claim that he is a Cebuano speaking Davaoeno, Cagayanon or Bukidnon.

BAHALA NA SILA DIDTO, BASTA KITA DINI MALINAWON .

I beg to disagree with this statement. This is not correct. When Edsa 1 broke out, people of Cebu want to board a boat going to Manila to join the protests against Marcos. The same thing happened in EDSA 2. People of Cebu sympathize with the protesters in Manila.

Its only now that there is this "I dont care about Manila" attitude. The fake Glue-ria Arroyo administration succeeded in its "divide and rule tactic" in pitting Cebuano and Manilenos like the Spanish brutes of old. Salbahe talaga!

.. huh See. All you say is rubbish. Arroyo didnt gave that idea, "divide and rule tactic" to Cebuanos. Cebuanos have this attitude way back before Arroyo.

.. and you fail to read what i just said in the past edsa 2 and 3 and all those political struggles in manila. Read it right. It's Edsa 2 and 3. The first Edsa was a national concern. kamikaze is right, you're an ANTI-EVERYTHING. But i say, you're STUPID.
