TS ikaw mismo nag daot sa company by setting a BAD example sa facebook site
kinsa pay ganahan na mag apply sa company nyo na in the first place sa facebook pa lang daan wala naman batasan inyo pang post. so unprofessional. ug daghan pa jud nka basa ngari sa istorya. na hugaw na nuon ang company. hahay... TS turns out wa jud ka nag huna2x sa consequence sa pag himo mo post dri sa istorya ug pag buhat facebook account.
ang company mismo ang nadaot... dili ang nag awol... tsk tsk tsk...
I think dili si TS nagbuhat atong FB account. Base sa mga posts sa FB user, murag taga Manila to siya gikan. I wouldn't blame TS alone. Ang whole management dapat iblame. From Recruitment, HR, managers, team leads etc. Daghan kaayog lapses. Mejo ignorante sa labor code and ethics!

but sa kani na case, i think DI maayo nga daoton sa company ang isa ka empleyado kay tungod lang sa pag AWOL.. low ball nana & very unprofessional on their part.
whether you like it or not, there will be instances of AWOL and they you should be able to face that issue
wa mai point mag post2x og AWOL employees sa net what for? di man ma solve ang problem if ana ang approach, company resorting to that are just wasting time and resources chasing AWOL employees
maypa mag meeting ang management of that company on how to increase retention rate

kita ko sa FB account sa company involve..grabe rasad oi..makasabot unta ta but what they did is still wrong. i hope mobasa sila diri para maksabot sad ta sila nga DAKONG sayop ilang gibuhat...
nice post there gemwarrior..I hope makatabang ang TS pasabot sa ilang company nga tang-tangon na tawn nang gipost sa Facebook..samot na hinoon nga walay moapply ana nila sa ilang gibuhat..mas maayo pa nga mangingkamot og maayo inyong company to attract talents & not defame them tungod lang sa AWOL...there is a problem, then your Management should act professional (even if you think your employees are not).Hire a Lawyer. if di mokaafford, problema na na ninyo. inyo man nang sala, este sala na sa inyo HR. maybe incompetent ang inyo HR or perhaps inyo mga managers kay incompetent. i hope ma resolve na ni ninyo ang inyong issues.. we all need to Grow Up sometime..
ayay... ang company man diay ang makiha ani... sus... merese na lang sa nag buhat sa fb account... you will pay the consequences...
