yes cartridges are included when you buy this new printer, but if you buy the printer w/ ciss then the cartridges is excluded

yes, 3in1 printer is scanner, copier and printer
yes, can print photopapers and other specialty papers, but using max 180gsm for the thickness is advisable
the speed depends on the content of the printing job and just average
