murag you didn't set your white balance right bro mic... can you post the unedited shot?

if imo e set your white balance in IR.

1. set your camera to pre/custom WB (without your IR filter on)
2. point your cam to green leaves or anything green... press the shutter
3. if ang indicator muingon og good then your white balance is set.

mao rasad ni gitudlo ni fafa dj_dark sa ako... confirm it sa ni fafa sid if mao ba... or ni fafa google...

wala pa ko ka shoot og IR fafs... but mao na pirmi nako makita ginabuhat/ginasulti ni fafa dj_dark(although converted IR D70 cam iya ginagamit)...

if about scapes man gud siya akong mentor...

ahhhh sa mga converted na fafs nga settings naa na sila ang IR pero sa atong mga camera wla mana fafs... filter ra ato gamit so ang photoshop gyud ang mo trabaho ug maayo. naa koy gi tanaw nga tutorial ni marvin sa utube wla sad sya ana.. same mi ug output pure orange ra gyud and pp sa photoshop... ako i post after ani ang PP'ed na nako same sa iyang workflow.

ang nka bati lang kay facing the sun ko so mao morag overcast kaayo.. but i will be testing tom the filters dghan ko basaha karon regarding sa imong pg ingon nga CWB.. pointing to a green leaves..
hopefully makuha ni nako

wala bitaw siya IR nga WB fafs... ako g mean is imo e set imo WB to color green e.g. green leave, balili or etc., to get the proper color when processing IR shots, when you shoot IR man gud, the result will be red so kinahanglan gyud siya e post process to get the Right IR color(or common IR color photos that we see)... so to get that imo sa e custom WB imo cam... sa D90 nga cam that is in PRE Preset manual, then select a Bank to store imo custom WB, then press OK, the indicator on the top will blink PRE, then point it to something green, press shutter, if the indicator says GOOD, then you set your WB for IR photo so that when you PROCESS it the color will come out right(although right out of the cam shot will come out RED). hope na clear nako ako self... hehehehehe... i don't know im not sure, i havent tried it man sad...

ang glare is because na sa imong lens na ginagamit... naa siya or is called hotspot... research about hotspot on IR photo... or lenses compatible for IR photos...

mo add lng ko bro, sa D5000 nasa lower right ang blinking PRE

for faster custom WB i-set ang fn button to WB, nya i-hold lng ang fn button para mo gawas ang blinking PRE..

If you allow fafs... post ko sample photo... if dili kay ako lang ni e remove...

for faster custom WB i-set ang fn button to WB, nya i-hold lng ang fn button para mo gawas ang blinking PRE..

or in D90 or higher models... long press WB button... ang nakanindot if you will be using pre BANKS kay you can use it anytime you need it, dili naka magbalik-balik og set sa WB...

thanks fafa... i'll try the CWB.. regarding sad sa flare/hotspot naay ni ingon try using lenshood or anything to cover or avoid under the sun ako pana pang suwayan.. and naa sad ingon nga F/8 ang suitable and dili above sa imong widest focal gamiton daw kung dili compatible lens.. will try that tom ang mga akong nabasa hehehe
