hello... based on my experience - wla cla comission... with ap cargo - their a lot cheaper than other air courier ky partner mana cla sa cebupac... then pagcommute sa freight charge is whichever is higher ang basis ana. actual weight vs. volume weight... let say gaan imong items but dako ang box - charges will base on the box same with gamay nga box pero bug.at ang item - charges will also base on the actual weight. yes freight collect charge is the same ra if they deliver or u will pick up to their office. if ur in a hurry much better u pick up ky ilang delivery is modispatch mga 9 or 10am up na then by route pa jud so if ur area is last sa ilang iterinary possible u will receive your goods late afternoon na...
