    butong, my father died at 44 coz of heart disease. but di lang kato, he drinks coffee 5x or more a day and smokes a pack of cigarette a day.

    think about unsa na lang imong lungs 20 years from now if you don't quit.

    think about unsa na lang kaha og naa nakay family then too late na imong health masulbad and your children and wife needs you really bad.

    think about extending your life more if you have only quit smoking earlier, makakita pa unta ka sa imong apo.


    when i was a kid, panagoan nako ang sigarilyo sa akong papa, coz i wanted him to stop smoking. but lols, he always finds it. maski pa kasab-an og ayo sa akong mama wa gihapon. as a kid di ko ganahan mu kiss niya, kay bahong sigarilyo so i would do everything to avoid getting near him coz he smells like tambutso.

    but when di pod magsmoke, muinom pod! kusog muinom. kung di lang nako siya papa, he was really annoying.

    and he left us when we were 9 and 8.

    i've always thought about being suspended in a high area then adventure. i love the adrenaline rush. hehehe

    boredom comes from the lack of appreciation.
    appreciate life.
    appreciate a good set of lung.
    appreciate a healthy liver.
    appreciate family.
    appreciate friends.
    appreciate a good breath of clean air.
    and the list goes on.......

    i suggest to you:
    write or make a gratitude journal (on a simple notebook).
    everyday when you wake up.
    write something that you appreciate.
    ex. thank you for my job (and then state the reason)
    it helps me provide for my needs.

    and when you do this, i assure you
    you will never feel boredom again.
    wala na gani sa akong vocabulary ang boredom bro.

    remember---gratitude journal.
    one entry a day is enough. be sincere with your entries.
    life will never be the same after that.

    even katong mga depressive, make a gratitude journal for yourself.
    one of the best therapy next to meditation..

    nabuhat nako ni before pero wala nako na keep up. but i'm starting it again. hehehe it was great, makes you realize how blessed you are and that you are being provided sa imong mga kailangan.

    was busy packing up stuff, moving to a new house!!

    @SD - people are usually out during weekends sa house... laag galore, so pwd jud ta sa house. but i have to make arrangements kng possible na mag session did2.

    i want to attend another session, but i can't make it this saturday.
