1. Pacquiao is the #1 pound for pound fighter in the world, no question.
2. Pacquiao is the WBO welterweight champion. Floyd does not have a welterweight title.

Slim ra kaau chance for a Pacquiao Vs. Mayweather fight. I think Floyd won't fight Manny in the 145 lbs. division. Surely, kung mo fight si Floyd ni Manny ini, dili gyud siya balibaran ni Roach. Bati man ni si Floyd kay dili man mo tuman sa mga catchweight gyud. Like what he did during his Marquez fight. Kung sa manok pa, mi bayad siya sa iya "Bad Weight" fee. In Pacquiao Vs. Cotto Fight, Roach would agree that Cotto would reach 147 lbs. paying them also the extra 2 lbs. weight. If Cotto weights 148 lbs. wala mahitabo na fight. Good that he make it,,.... Kulating noon.

floyd's all talk. this fight won't materialize. it's mayweather's defense mechanism to protect his pride. deep inside he knows pacquiao can really beat him, even miguel cotto can give him a very hard time. he won't put his undefeated record on the line when in the first place he already knows he's going to lose.
