and also would like to migrate to canada and live 2geder wid my family dat is already der hehe

make sure this is truly the place u wanna be. kung nurses lang there are a lot better places in the world, with beautiful benefits aside from US. the famous USA isnt doing much gud these days, i guess its too obvious when u hear the news diba? i used to work in europe n i transfered here sa estados thinking that maybe its all gud n better pertaining to benefits...pero d mn diay! just to give u an idea, europe is concerned of balancing work with recreation for their workers. they believe ul be more effective when u r not overworked :mrgreen:. they give u 6 weeks paid vacation leave aside from ur sick leaves. US, have PTO's though different institution has different rules. other combined all leaves ang uban di. but bottom line is, u earn 1 PTO per month...barely 3 weeks in total. they will just approve u for only 3 weeks vacation in a year time. if u want to go beyond that then ul take the risk of filing a family leave and some of those days, u wont get paid anymore when ur PTO rans out. plus ul be the one to pay ur health insurance for those days so u wont be cut off from it with ur employer just until when u get back to work nu-on. US companies are concerned more of working, how much u can work for them and dont even bother to think if ur tired or not! Originally Posted by arwin
