ngano man na ang PS? wala lage na sila claro! ako uyab dapat november 2 pa mag start.. pag comply niya sa iya NBI, na-hit siya so wait 10 working days before ma release ang clearance. pag submit niya nov. 16 sa iya NBI clearance, gepa countersign napod siya na start sya nov. 16 11pm. pag adto niya, ge pasa2x siya kay ang kato iya account 3rd week of training na. niuli nalang tawn siya. then gepa blik siya and counter sign na Nov.29 na sya start kay mao man ang next batch. days before nov. 29, ge texsan siya na nov.30 napod daw siya start, and that he needs to go back to prime care kay wala daw siya naka x-ray and biometrics. iya ge comply dayon, ang prime care na daw mag forward sa PS. then nov. 30 came, wala siya gepa start kay nag error daw iya biometrics. days after getwagan siya na ge tan-aw pa daw balik iya records, twagan radaw siya. then gahapon getexsan napd siya na paadtuon for interview. iya ra ge disregard kay basin system generated ra ang text. but gabie ge texsan sya na mag duty daw siya training 11pm to 8am.. dali2x tawn xag adto kay 9pm nya nadwat ang text.. pag abot kay dili pa daw siya maka start. system generated radaw to ang message. grabe ka hassle ang ila ge buhat! nangailangan ug trabaho ang tao.. ila ge tagaan ug hope but ila ge duladulaan! dili nila claruhon kung dawat ba or dili! okay raman nang papaabuton but kanang pablikbalikon nya d pa diay to magstart.. kapungot!!!

Dang, that's tough. Didn't happen to me when I got hired a long time ago though and that SHOULDN'T happen to anyone who gets hired there or in ANY company for that matter. Ranting about it here will take some steam off but won't exactly help with your situation so he should go directly to the HR personnel at PS and complain.

He already went to PS and they just told them that they are still waiting for confirmation from manila.. actually, that's fine with him.. but the part na they don't make sure that they send the text messsages to the right people is really irritating. they just apologized to him for the inconvenience daw.. but this happened more than 2x na.. they are not doing anything to correct their system.
