I sleep wearing my malong serving both as my blanket and sleepwear, but most of the times I'm in my birthday suits, I'm most comfortable in them than anything else while sleeping... =D

Moslty none - But I keep a towel nearby for emergencies
Sometimes just a shirt - nothing down there
And when I'm exhuasted? I find myself waking up still in full fromal from the night before
