a good example of being orginal is like those of korean, japanese and chinese artist. wa gyud ka kita ana nila mu kanta og cover titles. its either is sing english songs that they composed themselves or sing thier traditional language songs. ang mga westerners nalang mu kat.on sa ilang language.

thats culture. ang pinas gud way klaro ang culture. or should i say culturally dominated ta sa west.

Well you have a point. But originality naa pud ta. Sakto katong kay Sara G. nga example, most of the songs are originally written by a filipino song writer. How about katong mga tracks nila Gary V., Martin Nievera, Pops Fernandez, Vhong Navarro, Willie Revillame, etc. Daghan ta original music written and directed by Filipino artists woie. Pero agree gyud ko nimo nga ang pinas wa gyuy klarong kultura but not totally dominated sa west. More like mixture sa lain-laing countries.
