^ i agree with you. nobody owns the lot kung wala na sa imong declared property. though you have that "right of way" thing, di nsad na sakto nga imo buslotan or imo bastoson ang tag-iya sa sakyanan nga nag park sa inyo atubangan.
masabot raman na ba. basta wala lay patas-anay ug ihi.
kung diretso diretso rasad kag hasmag brod, mahulog ana bastos jud ka. hinay hinaya lang. mahina ang kalaban.
