Well, according to the legal definition of pornography (or obscenity), i think it's not! & in the grand scheme, that's as subjective as it gets. (need i bring up the robert mapplethorpe phenomenon.)

But at a basic level, I would say yes. If you are filming, drawing, or photographing something happening (in this case people having ***), then I argue it is art in a sense. After all, photography, drawing, and film are all arts, are they not?

personally, though, i have to say NO over and over again. in fact, i'd have to say hell NO.
but that's just me.

From a former art student's point of view... Nudity is not pornography.

It's like saying how can you write a story about a girl who was in a tragic accident when you, yourself have not felt her pain? Not exactly her physical pain, but how it affects them.

Porn is simply something a man (sometimes a woman) looks at when they are particularly... needy. But studying a naked human body, purely for art WITH NO MALICE is okay.

It's great that we should know how to differentiate what is art and what is porn.
