Is killing or deliberately ending a person's life lawful?
Abortion regardless of what the situation is equates to the act of killing but,
we have this so-called the lesser evil for a justifiable act.
Example scenario is choosing 1 life over a dying mother exhausted in labor or a dying baby who suffered from his/her mother's weakened body. Another is death due to self-defense.
In rape cases, medyo 60-40 ni nga ratio... mitigating circumstances due to the victim's distorted emotional and psychological state during the time.
...but then again, moral issues
