Is it true that it is hard to find job if you have failing grades?

not really. What's important is what you learn not the grades reflected in your TOR.

mo matter jud ang grades if fresh graduate ka mangapply, labi na sa major subjects.. mao ra man gud na imo ikapanghambog aside from skills kay wap.a man kay experience. for example, duha mo ka applicant sa usa ka position, then pareha mog score sa exam, performance sa interview, nya pareha sad mo kagwapohon.. adto nalang na sa grades magdaog... dili na cguro mo matter ang grades kung naa na ka years of experience... LOL...

not true. dropout gani presidente man gani. mao nay giingon sa dropout "its depend". But im not saying its ok to have failing grades.

for me lng ha, it depends lng gyud. sa kaguki lng gyud na mangita ug trabaho.

From my experience, Filipinos are very keen about failing grades. Foreigners on the other hand are keen to your abilities. However, certain foreign agencies would require you to have good grades. Generally, they look into your overall GPA. Such scenarios are if you apply for scholarships abroad or acquiring professional license.

People from the Human Resources Department should take in consideration that certain people have special abilities in a different way. They just have find it where it is.

For example, Bill Gates, Albert Einstein, Ray Kroc, Thomas Edison, Abraham Lincoln, and others.

Apparently, we just can't avoid how selective they are. One foreign friend of mine told when that Filipinos are very discriminating when posting job offers on newspapers.
