well, for all those who came from this company wala man siguroy na downgrade. Puro man naka benefit from the learning experiences sa company. Nindot jud sila as a training ground, kay hashasan jud ka sa sakto. panington jud kag bubog, dugo dugo ilong mo og sikma pa kag latik. Pag maka realize naka nga, oh sakto na... then you stop and look for other alternatives, (freelance). Pero it is sad to see the same comments over and over again about the management, in short wala siguroy improvements. Business will always be a business and will never be a friend. Good luck!

I've been with the company for a year and I'm really glad na ning graduate nko. Wla jud buwan na wlay ning resign. The management don't care for its people. Make-up on absences and holidays. Bahalag masakit mo basta ka-kwarta cla. No proper facilities sad. Mag-ilugay ang mga tao ug computer. F gnahan mo magkalisod2 inyo life then I recommend this company. But I assure you, inyo sweldo dli worth it sa inyo mga hago.
