I go for FIT ug lawas. It shows the person takes care of herself/himself and that is something to aspire to; basically people who enjoy their bodies and takes care not to abuse it because it's the only one they have.

I dislike any form of excessive exercise regimen using modern machines, though. Boys in gyms with huge pecs who look as if they only use them for display (and I think I can tell which ones they are) strike me as unimaginative and don't turn me on.
