OT: Ajol... audio enthusiast ka? Just wondering why you're so focused on the audio feature sa awto when you can easily upgrade to an after-market system.

Agreed that ug tinuod nga ang Audio system sa TOYOTA naa gyuy diperensya, they should address this and fix it pero this shouldn't discourage the consumers that much kay it only takes a $100 to upgrade to an after-market head unit. Buot huna-hunaon, you should be more concerned on the vehicle's build quality - engine effiency - drivetrain -reliability - resale value - performance - etc...

Anyhow.. obviously biased gyud ka against Toyota and you probably have your reasons. Just wondering, did you use to own a Toyota vehicle and did you have any problems with it sa stereo system? Did you take it to Toyota and questioned them about it?

with most things being equal....

you just have to look at the choice of components built into the car.....

I think TOYOTA is taking customers for ride..... cheap components charge for a premium price...

looking at the montero sport at SM.... my hunch has been proven.... if mitsubishi can give a quality stereo... then they are delivering value.... whereas Toyota has been giving us cheap components....

Compare the V model Fortuner and the Montero GLS sport.... both top of the line models respectively....

you get more value with the montero....

In my opinion.... TOYOTA told Fujitsu-TEN to make them cheap stereos.... the result you get generic TOYOTA stereo with bugs to boot.... charge a premium for it....
