.. here's an article for f1racing.net, read how focused Schumy is right now...

Michael Schumacher was very busy at Paul Ricard in France today developing his Ferrari ahead of the final three rounds of the season. The seven-times champion completed some 215 laps of the 3.5km 2A-SC version of the French track - equivalent to 750km - almost two and a half Grand Prix race distances.

.. and where is Alonso and Renault?? No news about any development or intensive testing from them. For sure they're still whining.

Don't count out Renault its a very tough team ever since they joined its always stays on top.
Remember Williams-Renault, Benetton Renault but the question is Alonso. His going up against the 7 timer.

    Hows the Pressure? Ferdi

.. hehehe, exactly, Alonso and the Renault team is cracking under pressure. to be honest, most f1 fans don't think highly of renault. Since last year's win was due solely to tyres, remember, it was kimi who won the driver of the year award last year.

...And you saying, Fernando's race was decided off track... c'mon, how long have you been watching F1?? you still have a lot to learn. Fernando overdrove his car, he literally killed his car. Comparing to Schumy in Monaco, he was moved at the back of the grid and yet he still got to 5th place.

... don't tell me about " learn the facts", i'm very very old in formula one that i know how the sport runs.

... and i would expect that you will believe JV's comment's since you're an anti-schumy yourself. A true f1 fan would know what JV is and their history with Schumy. Senna was the Jimi Hendrix of formula, died in the peak of his career. Do you really want to know what most people think of Senna?? Senna was made immortal due to his death coz of the " hanging questions" that came out after. " WHAT IF QUESTIONS ". Example like, " what if Senna was still alive, where would Schumy be", stuff like that. But, Schumy was already there during Senna's peak, Schumy was in fact the driver behind Senna on track when he died.

.. Schumy will always be remembered as the most successful driver of all time. The complete driver. But no one will forget about his incident with Jacques at Jerez 1997.

.... can i ask you, how do you remember JV
Spoken like a true tifosi. Oh dear, as much as I would have wanted to watch Jim Clark race but unfortunately I wasn't born yet. Were you? You know I really don't care about how many WDCs or wins Shumi has won. And I don't regard JV that highly too. All I remember is Australia 1994, Jerez 1997, Austria 2002, Britain 2003, Monaco 2006. And you know what the most IRONIC part about this whole deal is I remember watching an old press conference (Brazil 1993) of Schumi openly ranting about Ayrton Senna being an "unsporting" driver and using unacceptable tactics on track. He sure learned fast.

... if you're that " old " in formula one how come you're so shallow in analyzing things??

I think that this will be a tough fight between schumy and alonso for this years world championship. For me i cheer for michael and believe that he can get this years F1 championship. Two points difference is too little though, since china's f1 race schumy hates that circuit and almost always fail for the last couple of race already. Para nako modaug si Alonzo this coming China race but as i said there is still Japan and Brazilian race.

By the way what do you think about the latest developments in F1 for next years race. Kimi's official move to ferrari and Alonzo's to benz. Who do you think will prevail?

.. Kimii to Ferrari. Alonso to Renault. I'd say it will be a race for adaptation. Next year Formula will be completely new. Ferrari and Mclaren will be in disarray and i hope Honda will sieze that opportunity to build their already solid team to perfection.

I've doubt Honda will be a threat.
Their approach is different unlike before when they outsource a good racing team.
If Honda or Toyata selects a good F1 team such as Williams.
Maybe they can compete against Ferrari,Renault and Mclaren Benz.

.. Honda has the finance and the drivers. To make it short, they have the necessary resources. I was expecting better things from them this year, but then again. there's always next year. hehe
