Where is bsaeline man diay? sorry I've been living in cebu for the past 18 years pero wala kao alamag sa mga streets ug mga locations diri sa city. Arctech made + points with me when they replaced my Liteon LDW-411S DVDWriter in just a few days under warranty. Since it's now out of warranty, I converted my LDW-411S to LDW-811S with the help of the Liteon Eeporm and Firmware Hack King, Zebra. Now I can update my "new" LDW-811S with the firmware from Liteon's site

We're very sorry we couldn't replace your mouse. Your mouse was tampered already. It was opened and the screw locks were already broken. It is a standard policy not to replace items that have been tampered... you can ask those other computer stores if you want. Next time, do not tamper with under warranty devices for the warranty not to get void.

yah agree with u st@rr. it is the SOP of every stores that once the seal is tampered it will be void.bsan palit ka appliances same policies will apply.

@st@rr: how can you be sure that it is tampered?! are you sure that the customer your talking about is me coz i didnt tampered my mouse! do you have only few customers, thats why you remember me? it just shows how very incompetent you people are!

the sales rep told me that the mouse was included sa package when i bought it(free daw), thats why thay won't replace it.

i'm just curious why you bothered to put a warranty sticker sa mouse if it has no warranty. also all computer shops here in cebu don't have that kind of warranty (if included sa package no warranty).
