Arctech made + points with me when they replaced my Liteon LDW-411S DVDWriter in just a few days under warranty. Since it's now out of warranty, I converted my LDW-411S to LDW-811S with the help of the Liteon Eeporm and Firmware Hack King, Zebra. We're very sorry we couldn't replace your mouse. Your mouse was tampered already. It was opened and the screw locks were already broken. It is a standard policy not to replace items that have been tampered... you can ask those other computer stores if you want. the sales rep told me that the mouse was included sa package when i bought it(free daw), thats why thay won't replace it.
i'm just curious why you bothered to put a warranty sticker sa mouse if it has no warranty. also all computer shops here in cebu don't have that kind of warranty (if included sa package no warranty).
