    masuya ko sa mga tawo nga nag problema unsaon pagpatambok. ako problema unsaon paniwang, hilig man jud ko sweets gud & rice mao nga lisod ayo paniwang plus hinay pa sad ko metabolism. mao na daku ayo blema. hehehe
