i strongly recommend the following:
1.) Formula 1 (this is your food. no need to eat breakfast and dinner. so its not an extra expense)
2.) Formula 3 (so you wont sag when you lose weight and fights hunger too)
3.) Concentrated Tea ( our fat burner and we call it aerobics in a bottle)
4.) Fiber & Herb ( this will cleanse your intestine. your intestine will absorb all nutrients your body needs.)
(if you can't afford them all, formula 1 will do. it only has 200+ calories per meal.)
