Why would the Solicitor General Florin Hilbay, who is supposed to be a government lawyer, depended Llamanzares in the Supreme Court hearing and why the four justices allowed her to run? Those four were appointed by Aquino and only a president could pull that trick. Nobody else.
Abnoy needs a president that will be his puppet. Someone who will be beholden to him. She was there to protect Abnoy after the election to avoid being persecuted for the anomalies he has committed during his term of office.

Thats what i thought too when SC allowed Poe to run, but i dont think Noynoy needs a puppet president, he just make sure he will not get sued for DAP related charges after he step out from office. Only Poe is competitive enough in the surveys against Binay. Binay winning the presidency will be a hell for Noynoy for sure.
