If we all go there, then only fuglies like you would be left to tend to earth. Now, that's just a disaster waiting to happen

Sus dara pa! Ngano mo insist man gyud!

Since most LGBT's here highly uses the US Laws to sight "Gay Marriage" as an example....Well, in truth! The Federal Government of the US doesnt consider the union legal and it's juridisction is only within a State. For short "State Law." So if you cohabit in a different state nga dili recognize inyong marriage, for short ILLEGAL gihapon!

In the United States, some states permit marriages for same-*** couples, but due to the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), the federal government does not legally recognize those unions. DOMA also allows states to refuse to recognize legal same-*** marriages performed in other states.

While state laws grant full marriage rights (Connecticut, Iowa, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York and Vermont) or some or all of the benefits under another name (New Jersey, Washington, California, Delaware, Illinois, etc.), these state laws do not extend the benefits of marriage on the Federal level, and most states do not currently recognize same-*** marriages, domestic partnerships, or civil unions from other states.

    from: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Same-**...es#Federal_law

On another thing, the US is highly divided with this issue. So you see the pattern, you cannot shove into peoples throats to accept what they refuse to accept! And to each States that recognize "same *** marriage" by paperwork and legal documents it is a "CIVIL UNION".

So to LGBT's, let's agree to disagree! My suggestion, have your wedding ritual outside this country. Because, what you are dreaming to happen here, WONT HAPPEN HERE! Perti naman gani ka issue ang nahitabo nga same *** wedding in Baguio..kani naba kaha nga on a national level??!?!?! Wa mo kuyapi?!?! lol.....

Sige lang, there is nothing wrong in continuing to dream...so dream on lang....

Maybe not today, but someday soon it will become a reality.

Nobody ever dreamed Spain nor Mexico, 2 countries that are HIGHLY religious and traditional in almost every sense, would legalize Same-*** marriage even before the US. But they did, with spain legalizing gay marriage way back 2005. That's almost a decade ago

    And as for DOMA

DOMA Ruled Unconstitutional By Federal Appeals Court
Defense of Marriage Act Ruled Unconstitutional by Court - Businessweek

"In the absence of a rational basis, what remains of proponents's case is an inference, amply supported by the evidence in the record, that it was premised on the belief that same *** couples simply are not as good as opposite *** couples. Moral disapproval alone is an improper basis on which to deny rights to gay men and lesbians --Court ruling on the unconstitutionality of Prop 8 which used DOMA as the foundation of their case

I did not mean to cause any discomfort or invoke anger on your part. I apologize if my post came across as brash, it was never intended and would relegate that to the medium's fault since written words are devoid of inflections and tone that its spoken form has.

Having said that, there will always be haters out there.. and their words speak less about me(us LGBT) and Volumes about the nature of their character and how they were brought up
