but the PBA has also their own governing bodies who are investigating this Fil-Sham issue, not only the Senate or any other gov't offices. Pena and Taulava were vindicated before then. there were other fake Fil-foreigners who were also deported before the Senate can lay their hands on them, bcoz the PBA themselves questioned their legalities. How the proceedings went manifested that there were some sectors out to protect the commercial interests of certain clubs even obtaining TRO's from the courts of law to challenge a PBA directive to disallow some players from suiting up..While you claim there was vindication, the highly irregular proceedings which confirms their claim to Pinoy lineage has never put the issue to rest because a lot more questions remain unanswered

and now you're hitting on some PBA ball clubs, maybe like San Miguel and Talk n' Text. In any case, questions are meant to be there and will always be. The fact that some people just can't accept defeat or the real truth are pathetic. Or we can say real losers for the exact definition. There are some PBA teams who actually do that. But there were PBA RULES that were legally followed and justified in the process. So whining and crying is just part of the game, for some people like you maybe.
