I know you know what court it is. I believe that you have just misunderstood them. There is no reason to brag. How many truckloads are there, still not a reason to brag. What one can only brag is when s/he is doing what is right.

about cases that have been filed long ago, only the investigators can answer as to why until now it's not filed yet. Is there a prescription period to it? If no case filed, then it would be for the benefit of the other party. They should be happy if that's the case.
