NBI was tracing who uploaded the video and submitted a request to YOUTUBE.com for the IP Address.

I dont think so...

They may trace the IP but its very hard to trace who uses that IP Address specially if it was uploaded in an Internet Cafe.

even if its uploaded at home the IP given by the ISP right now are dynamic which means everytime it will change and possibly could be assigned to another subscriber.

whats your thoughts?

according to a news commentary by Leo Lastimosa this morning, ISP may not need to be traced since a male nursing student was suspended for allegedly uploading the video on you tube... as long as the school's evidence is strong, then you now have the culprit...

.. what's funny about this whole issue is the penalty of six million pesos worth of damages to be paid to janjan if proven guilty. Crap, is janjan really worth 6 million pesos ?? He is a nobody, not unless if he's a prominent figure in cebu or a professional in which moral damages can really hurt your reputation, but janjan C'mon, super outrageous claims.

only the cybercrimes have it bro. its something like when you repair hard drives, there are many softwares floating in the internet. but agencies have tools to dig more on your hard drive. something like that. but i doubt nbi can do it. anyway back to jan-jan discussion peace

i used to download several tools like packet sniffer and netcats and those are my usual tools. im wondering what tools are you refering to add in my collections.

some ppl here are pointing to the one who uploaded the video as maoy pinakasad.an and i agree with them
