At the end of the day , there should be one rule of law , that's it.

If we can't follow that , what good is the SC? , although some of the things that come out of the SC are somewhat questionable too.

this I agree with but with de Lima making her own decisions and disregarding the ruling of the HIGHEST Court of the LAND, doesn't make anything right.

MANILA, Philippines - Lawyer Ferdinand Topacio is very confident of the sincerity of the Arroyos, that he is willing to cut a “ball” off if they do not return as promised.

In a quirky moment during a serious discussion on the Arroyos’ attempt to go abroad for medical purposes, Topacio said: “I’m willing to do the worst. Ipapatanggal ko itlog ko pag di bumalik ang mga Arroyo.”

He said he would not have accepted the case of the Arroyos if he knew they were not sincere. “I’m a good judge of character,” he claimed.

His statement earned comments from netizens. The hashtag #itlognitopacio has become a trending topic.
Jim Paredes, in his Twitter account, said: “Let GMA go as SC ordered. But pls guard Topacio's testes. National interest demands it. LOL.”

He later added, “I have heard of ppl giving an arm and a leg for a loved one. But a testicular offer for insurance is quite unique.”

Twitter user Paul Capundan added: “Para sa accountability kapag umalis si former PGMA, let's support atty.topacio in his effort to vouch for his client.”

Jel Palomares, for his part, said: “Tapos n kme magbreakfast usapang itlog p tlga...can't wait to see that egg removal..belo o calayan ang magaalis?!?!I wonder..”

dili ta magpa pontio pilato. ayaw ninyo himoang hero ang mga kurakot ug limbongan nga mga tawo. mahimo ninyong i-question ang maong mga pasangil. mo ingon dayon mo naa kay ebedinsya? kung sakto na ta sa pangidaron ug nagpaka bana ta sa atong katilingban, makahibawo ka kung unsa ang ilang binuhatan bisan ug wa kay gikuptan nga physical evidence. mao gani nga daghan mga hiwi ug binuhatan nga wa masiloti tungod sa nagkadaiyang rason. lack of evidence, technicalities, etc, etc...

di man tuod ma convicted pero wa na magpasabot nga wa nila gibuhat ang maong mga pasangil. sakit paminawon nga ato naman hinoon tabonan ang ilang binuhatan. ang katuyoan lang sa gobyerno, tukion ang kamatooran.

In terms sa kaning conflict karon sa executive ug sa judiciary. Yes, I will favor Judiciary just to obey and honor the law. but that doesn't mean nga sakto na gyod ang judiciary or SC.

Para nako, pasagdan nalang na kay unsaon majority man sa SC kaalyado man nila. Number game man gihapon ni. Sakit man tuod, pero wa tay mahimo kay kung pugson maka create man ni ug chaos.
