The Main issue here is about some few people who will challenge the established Law and force them to Change because they just want to do what they want to do - And the biggest problem with that is after same s*ex marriage will be legalize, WHAT will stop them to challenge the LAW again for some things they want? abortion? Mercy Killing?
They are given equal RIGHTS as a Man and a WOMAN - which they were originally BORN in the First place. You can Look around and you can see that they are Given ALL THE RIGHTS same as you and ME.
And Its FUNNY for you to talk about "RESPETUHA" and Yet you want the MILLIONS of people in this country to ABANDON/CHANGE and even VIOLATE the Belief that they FOLLOWED their whole Life - A belief that define there LIVES.
naunsa naman ni oi.. a very sensitive topic! tsk
The truth hurts no matter how far it has been skewed by political correctness.

It is common knowledge among medical practitioners that majority of those tested for AIDS are homosexuals. When a person before a GP shows symptoms common among HIV carriers, he is often questioned about his sexuality. Being gay raises your risks for AIDS. It also raises the risk for people around you.
Ask Mr. Bullecer about the local epidemic. Mga bayot jud kasagaran.
Gay people are more likely to bed more partners than heteros. You being a phag should know this.
Homos are heavily screened and profiled in this country. The troublemakers in the church for instance are homos3xual priests who are at the same time the most likely to abuse children. The church has now a stricter process of accepting applicants.
Many segments in society profile gay people for the purpose of excluding them. Some companies and government institutions heavily screen applicants for homos3xuality for good reason. I work in one such similar working environment.
From the Supreme Court in G.R. No. 185286:
No less than the Constitution recognizes the sanctity of marriage and the unity of the family; it decrees marriage as legally “inviolable” and protects it from dissolution at the whim of the parties. Both the family and marriage are to be “protected” by the State.
Ah okay so your homosexuality confines your way of thinking. Sanctity has appeared in multiple jurisprudence concerning marriage. Jesus Christ, you had to bring in religion when sanctity is a word not limited to it. My vocabulary is apparently better than yours.
Some synonyms according to its legal definition:
INVIOLABILITY. That which is not to be violated. Ever heard of inviolability used in defining laws?
If you still do not get this fret not. It's because you are gay.
First, ang balaod gihimo sa tawo alang sa mga tawo. Therefore, if there is a need, pwede mausab. Nobody is challenging the established law. Some are just trying to change it.
Second, nobody wants to get married just because they want to. If mao lang na ang rason, pwede man mag live-in for all we care. However, dili man gud acknowledged legally ang panagtipon unless ma legalize ni.
Third, it is plain STUPID to think nga after ani kay ma-legalize na ang abortion, mercy killing and so on. That is completely IRRELEVANT. Tabla ra na sa inig human sa RH Bill kay Divorce Bill na sad. Get your facts straight. Mawad-an og credibility imong statement ana.
Fourth, I don't need to look around. Even in this thread alone, ang discrimination is very obvious to a point nga it is disturbing. Huna-hunaa, tarong kaayo ang counter argument dayon sagulan lang og ad hom tungod kay bayot ang other side?
Finally, what is funny is when you do not get my point. Nobody is forcing anyone to change their belief. Instead, it is 'LEAVE US ALONE. LET US DO WHAT WE WANT without being branded as immoral.'
I agree. But here is the truth (dili unta tika patulan, but you pushed it a little too far) dili ang mga homo ang anad mang-rape or mga cannibal. Guess who? Yes, religious people. Mga pari nga makig hilawas sa kumbento, sa kilid sa simbahan and please don't tell me you haven't heard about them. Ang mga bayot tuod mangita og prosti but at least dili mang rape.
Cannibalism? Who is more cannibal than eating the FLESH of their saviour (daw)?
Since I know how to take facts, I guess you are right on this. Although your link was three years ago, it seems reliable. Here is why:
Surprisingly, I don't think this is true. Being a fag, myself, I know that not all of us are the same. I have a handful of friends, and myself included, who are not as lustful as the others. Again, this is not based on statistics but based on my own experience."There are two populations that are the drivers of the epidemic: men having *** with men and injecting drug users," said Tayag, who oversees government programs to fight infectious diseases.
At least 46% of infections recorded this year were from homosexual contact compared with 25% in 2006, according to the government data.
Officials say they were caught off-guard by the rise in infections from homosexual contact when they had been mainly concentrating on female *** workers.
Injecting drug users were still a small proportion of the total but there had been a sharp rise from only eight cases detected in 2009 to 147 last year, and another 80 in the first 10 months of 2011.
Previously, HIV had been mainly spread through heterosexual contact. This had been curbed with many HIV-prevention programs focusing on educating and testing female *** workers, according to Tayag.

Glad to hear that the church has stricter policies. But do not forget the other priests who are not homo and made their own violations. As for the profiling, it is sad that you acknowledge it and yet believed in the same misconception.
Now that explains a lot why you are such a homophobe. (I won't be putting weight on how staying in the closet may affect.) I agree that some companies and government institutions may not accept homosexuals. Until the society's perception of the homos change, that may be an understandable policy. But to curtail their rights is another thing.
The constitution used the word inviolability. It does not contain sanctity at any point (as far as the provisions of marriage are concerned.) As for the connection between inviolability and sanctity in its legal definition, I am not quite certain. Perhaps you can throw in some references. That may further enhance my vocabulary.
BTW,homosexuality does not confine anyone's way of thinking. Perhaps the church does, but absolutely not one's sexual preference. You might be surprised, but I am a homosexual with some brains. I just find it sad when you, who seem so bright and logical, gets blinded by your homophobia and resort to ad hom instead. It just shatters the entire discussion.
