I am floored by this statement: "Escudero also advised the DOJ to stop inventing legal theories like filing a motion for reconsideration on the temporary restraining order issued by the Supreme Court against the travel ban on the former leader.
A motion for reconsideration, the senator said, could not be filed against a TRO."
Seriously, ASA DIAY NI NGA LAW SCHOOL GRADUATE SI DE LIMA? nganong wa man sya kabaw aning balaora?
obviously, nagpalapad papel jud ni xa...
...at the end of the day this a*Noy administration & the YELLOW armies are bunch of LOSERS!!los-los ninyo liwat mo's inyong amo bolay-OG! mas daghan pa ug nahimo nga kaayohan si GMA ninyo kay sa inyong pang gobyerno karon nisamot ka unlod ang pinas karon tungod sa inyong bati nga pamalakad..!!
di na nah duda bai. Kung colloquial term pa, gi malmal na ang expertise ni De Lima ani nga issue. Fundamental naman unta nang separation of powers. That's the SCs main function, to interpret the constitution, and the DOJ is begging to differ?
It's also unlikely nga mangita si Arroyo, who is highly-publicized, to flee once in a different country. Heard of Interpol? In the meantime, while there are no charges filed, it would be unlawful detention to keep Arroyo from flying. It would be unconstitutional to revoke an individuals rights without due process, sad oi. If the executive branch can do that to Arroyo, what will stop them from doing the same to any of its constituents?
