kinsa taga guadalupe diri near guadalajara? okay ra inyo internet? 2 weeks na cge putol putol ako net diri... wala gihapon na ayo...

Na connect na yesterday ang net nako, the plan 990 something, murag 512 kbps man tingali to. And as far as I know based on my speedtest, wala dyud ko katilaw anang "more than the plan your in" speed. I post nako ang screenshot tomorrow, Id like to ask kung normal raba to nga speed for my plan kay murag hinay man.

last june 7 a pldt telemarketer called us to offer the telpad plan. i gave her all my information and was told that i would receive a call for the delivery of the telpad unit. Mahuman nalang ang june wala jud tawag then when i called up 171 i was told that no order/request was made under my account.. i have to reapply again over the phone this would be the 2nd time that i sign up for a pldt promo with a telemarketer nga palpak. my 1st one was for a application for dsl took 45 days to receive the wireless modem and wala pa jud mogana.. call it irony that the phils is supposed to be top rank in call center industry however we have to deal with crappy service..

Gi upgrade na diay sa PLDT ang 990? mag 5 years nako gi himo naman ug 1MB imbis 384kbps~512 kbps raman tawn ni sauna.

I had more or less the same situation... ning tawag sila kay as a "valued" customer daw, maka avail ko sa ilang TelPad for a special price. Den diay to di pede ang telpad sa akong area kay dili daw capable akong line ug 1.5mbps. nya karon ra ba, supposedly ang plan 999 kay 1.5mbps na.. alkanse diay ko aning istoryaha..
