well, that case u showed was the only loophole i see. it has somethin' to do w/ establishing the existence of juridical entity that dismissed the case in favor of the defendant/s.

now if you say your point is about "other" possible loopholes, i myt agree on that. besides, that is what courtroom battles are for.

now assuming im trying to be d lawyer of Jan2x:

Judge: SURE KA, IKAW GYUD NA ?? SURE KA IMO NANG SAMPOT ?? ASA MAN IMONG NAWONG DIHA, WA MAN MAKITA?? .

Lawyer: "of course, wala lage nakita, BUT hospital receipts i have here show that Jan2x was there in VSMMC asking for X-ray and then the removal of the canister in his anus. And I have here hospital records that also show Jan2x was operated to remove the canister. His x-ray results also proves that the canister branded "Black Suede" was lodged inside his body. Look! His name is even printed on the X-ray film. Not to mention the x-ray receipt he paid for it.
I don't think naa pay lain gi-operahan ug Black Suede perfume on that day other than Jan2x. and to show that Jan2x is existent, i am showing you proofs of his identity. Here is his birth certificate, his baptismal, his SSS ID, his Philhealth ID, etc..."

1. ethics sa doctors and nurses
agree ko ani naa jud sayop, ang doctors ani i guess dli nani ika lalis
2. gipaka uwawan daw kono cya.
naa dinhi ang dakong lalis.
wala jud ko kasabot kng gi unsa pagpaka uwaw sa mga med people sa bayot kng wala man gani makita ang iyang nawong or wala man gani gi butangan ug pangalan niya.
take this scenario, sa wala pa cya mo ladlad less than a hundred or a thousand ra ang nakahibalo ani na incident and less than 50 tingali ang naka hibalo nga cya to. karon sa iyang pag ladlad millions ug worldwide na hinuon ang naka hibalo.
In the end adto gihapon ni sa political interest sa barangay kapitan ug sa pagpangwarta ni janjan

agree ko ana... dapat ang giapas sa bayot nga mangwartaay ang lalaki nga naghimo niya ato kay mao to ang nag cause sa kaulaw niya...(sorry for the term but if you see clearly the situation.. there is no need to argue oportunista sad cyang bayota)..sa mga doctors I know wa sila intention nga pakaulawan ang maong bayot, the've been in their position for how many years already and i know kabalo sila ana nga ethics...

ang claim nalang sa bayot kanang about sa prof ethics... kay kung ingon cya naulawan cya... lalisunon kaayo na... kay cya ra nagpakaulaw sa iya pagkatawo... unsa forever nalng cya magtabon tabon? mao na tinuyoan man sad na niya di iya na pas-anon.... this time i am subjective sa iya... i have no against sa mga 3rd *** kay some of them have proven their worth... well sad to note si JAN JAN nag mantsa2 lang cya sa gitukod nga integrity sa mga parehas niya...

JAN madato naman gyud ka hala cge... panlaki unya ug tarong ha...
