Guys, she had all the time since she stepped down from office to leave the country to avoid prosecution. Remember, this woman is smart. She knows that eventually, she will be prosecuted. Why leave now?

She wants to prove that she is innocent, that's why she chose to stay. But, owing to recent circumstances, she has to leave for medical treatment.

Now, ABNOY wants to bar her departure for fear that she will not come back, but what is the use of extradition? This is just ABNOY's move for retribution, as GMA did not support his family during the Hacienda Luisita crisi.

ABNOY is very vindictive, he dwells too much on the past. How can you move on to the future if you keep looking back? What an A-hole.

All I can say is, if GMA dies on his watch, it will be his fault and he will become very unpopular.

I have a premonition that sympathy elected him, sympathy will also take him out. He won't last another year.

Unfortunately The Philippines does not have EXTRADITION TREATY with all the countries in the world. Furthermore EXTRADITION is limited only on the offenses covered under the EXTRADITION TREATY.

The PH government did suggest to even bring the specialist they want here in the PHILs, all expense by the government but what did the gropu of GMA do. They decline the offer.

IT will becoming from the taxes we are paying.

But tell me just in case GMA was indeed found GUILTY of ELECTION SABOTAGE do you think there wont be any damages the government will ask in form of monetary value? C'mon a simple crime and the government ask you to pay fine how much more a crime against the state? Actually its a pittance if they get a GUILTY judgment.
