Nah ambot lang haha. Di na mulihok akong character sa Dota oy animas.
So they promised to have your service installed by March 9 but it's now March 13. Take note how many days you have not had service. Keep calling them everyday to get this issue resolved. That always works for me. Once it's resolved, call them for a credit/refund for how many days you had no service.
Cheers!
after 1 week ni sipot najud ang technician pero wa ghapon dag.ana kay ang guba nasa box sa poste hahay
wow good job PLDT 3 weeks na walai dial tone ang telephone hasta ang connection sa internet perting putol2x nya usahay walai connection
Keep calling them about it. DSL speed is not guaranteed, so if the plan is for 1.5 mbps, you can't expect it to be exactly 1.5. Still, .33mbps is unacceptable for what they promised. It took PLDT 3 weeks to fix my DSL connection at the start and you're better off than how I started; I was getting .12mbps instead of 512. heheh Just be persistent about calling them over and over until you get a speed of .8 -1.0 mbps.
Cheers!
@ thaDUKE: You need to keep contacting PLDT about your issue until it is resolved. Please make sure to ask for a credit/refund for your dial tone loss/intermittent internet connectivity.
Cheers!
