Sec. de Lima is a bit paranoid this time and i understand her situation coz dako ni nga kaso. i think what she did in not allowing the Arroyo's is the right decision IMO.

basing on the legality of the issue for sure the SC will allow the arroyos to leave the country coz its their right plus the severity "kuno" of her health condition.

now if GMA will not return to the country (which is a possibility) it will no longer be the DOJ's fault but of the SC. then i would say the mouse got passed the trap

i would allow GMA to abroad and i will send people together with their entourage to check if the intentions are really for health reasons. murag reporter on the side of the Govt ba.

if the Govt will allow that i would suggest myself to be the reporter. i will send updates and pics(not photoshopped). i could go to 5 countries for free

Erap to Gloria: Stay and face the music

MANILA, Philippines - Face charges in court and go to jail before seeking medical treatment abroad.

Former President Joseph Estrada gave this unsolicited advice to former President and now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, citing his experience after he was ousted in 2001.

Estrada said he could not also blame President Aquino for supporting the Department of Justice’s rejection of Arroyo’s travel request amid speculations that she would escape prosecution.

“My unsolicited advice to her (Arroyo) is for her to face the charges first. Then when she is put behind bars, then that’s the only time she can request for medical treatment abroad,” Estrada told The STAR.

Estrada recalled that his US-based physician, Christopher Mow, even appeared before the Sandiganbayan special division to seek permission for him to be allowed to undergo knee surgery in Hong Kong.

“I requested only one country and that is Hong Kong because my doctor said his equipment were all in Hong Kong. He was suggesting that I undergo medical treatment in the US, but I decided to undergo knee surgery in Hong Kong,” he said.

He said there was no “iota of doubt” regarding his request to undergo medical treatment abroad because he turned down the offer of former justice secretary Hernando Perez after he stepped down from Malacañang, that he leave for any country of his choice provided that he signs a resignation letter.

“I was offered twice, but I turned it down twice… There is only one specific hospital that I requested and that was in Hong Kong. I left the country only with my wife and three policemen. There is also no wild thinking that I will escape,” he said.

“She must present only one specific hospital where she would be treated. My doctor is from Stanford in the US. But he told me he will perform the surgery in Hong Kong,” he added.

Estrada said he sought medical treatment abroad because there was no medical specialist in the country who could handle his surgery at that time.

“But now there are many hospitals with complete equipment to conduct the surgery needed by Arroyo,” he said.



And the plunderer gives advice to GMA. and he is really sure that GMA is guilty even stating that "when she is put behind bars". how funny this guy is

I still believe nga naa jud ni mga dautan binuhatan si Gloria but the problem is its hidden ... ma consider gihapon ni si Gloria nga victim of Human Rights Violations including iyaha husband ...

you are right ming, why does the Govt not filing any case yet? may it be that the tires of the truck of evidence have blown up while on its way to court?

Ang ako lang gud bro wa man tay dag-anan aning Gloria kay bisan unsaon nato watay makita nga ebedinsiya .. diman pud na puede nga Prisohon na nato or parihason natong khadafy ... demokrasya biya ta ..

Kanang Truck Load of Evidence matod pa nila ad2 unta na e Parking sa Court .. pero saon did2 man gud Agi sa Tuwad na Daan going nowhere .....
