.. what a stupid question. You're only asking about the VIGILANTES VICTIMS . What about those CRIMINALS' VICTIMS The vigilantes is killing people who have criminal records. While those criminals are terrorizing innocent people . Can't you see the big difference??

.. my apologies Manny, for this is sort of a personal question. I can see in your avatar that you're a PROLIFE. But can i ask you, what measures are you doing for the victims of crime ?? Are you protecting their human rights

Man released by cops, shot dead

    By Jovy S. Taghoy
    Sun.Star Staff Reporter

THIRTY minutes after walking out of a police station detention cell, an ex-convict was shot dead by motorcycle-riding men in Cebu City Monday night.

Police identified the victim as Epitacio Ocariza Jr., 22, of Sitio Royal, Barangay Cogon-Pardo.

Ocariza was held for a theft case last Friday but was released after the owner of the bag he snatched decided not to file charges against him.

The killing took place at 9:10 p.m. at the corner of J. Tabora and Dacalos Sts., near the barangay hall of Poblacion-Pardo.

This is also about 150 meters away from the Pardo Police Station where Ocariza was earlier detained for theft.

LOLZ ... again for the NTH time MANNYBOY , dont mislead iSTORYANS to my expense . Eversince we engaged in the discussion as PRO and ANTI VIGILANTE issues , its what the CAUSE and their MISSION STATEMENT in general and not the crimes thats going on in Cebu . I never contradict myself because I dont engage into topics I dont have any knowledge of . You are pushing that all KILLINGS in Cebu are VIGILANTE ACTS done by VIGILANTES just because the media said so .... what a concept !

Here's a realistic suggestion: stop pretending that these MURDERERS are doing any good (which you can't prove anyway) and instead discourage people from supporting such stupid and criminal actions. You can do that immediately and it won't cost anyone a centavo. Now that would be far better than your usual irrational and contradictory statements.
Keyword is REALISTIC ... please MANNYBOY I am slowly losing my " BILIB " towards you .

You're right. And it's a boring battle too since it's so easy to point out his errors. But it's important to do so lest anyone be fooled by him.
You are only trying to make it look like one but the facft is :

    - you refuse to comprehend because you are 1 sided and just because you chose to be ANTI V
    - you refuse to dig the core and based everything from the media ... I doubt if you even talked to your so called MEDIA FRIENDS how they COLLABORATE .... remember ?

Again I pologized for branding you as ACCUSING me yet again , I will answer that question after you give me a BASIS from your ASSUMPTIONS when you use the word " SEEM " towards me .

    @ SANUSOKE ....

No need for a fight or a fist fight . iSTORYA ra bitaw ta diri .

You can't prove that. The killings have included innocent persons. It seems you have this magical ability to tell exactly who killed whom. Come on, give us a break. You DON'T have any proof to back your claim.

By the way, a person with a criminal record will NOT necessarily commit a crime again. There are thousands of examples of persons with criminal records who have reformed. Some have even become prominent moral leaders!

Yes. By condemning the vigilantes I am protecting innocent citizens who may become victims of the bloodthirsty vigilantes. As I pointed out, there have already been several innocent bystanders who were injured, and several totally innocent persons killed. How would you like to be one of those innocent bystanders? By speaking out against the vigialntes, I AM doing something. Those who support the vigilantes, on the other hand, are endangering everyone and making a mockery of the rule of law.

The bottom line is that ALL these killings are wrong. The vigilantes are a bunch of mindless killers who are themelves the worst of criminals. They think they are above the law!
