didto ko ug customer service sa pldt office ganiha..nihapit lang ko..pero pag adto nako wa man ko gi-entertain ug tarong kay daghan sila ug mga customers...so anhi na lang ko ask..
naglibog hinuon ko ug samot...nag inquire ko about sa plan 999 ug 1995. Giingnan ko nga DILI diay na FREE MODEM. Pero sa ilang website, free Modem and installation fee man...then wa ko kasabot pila jud bayranan kay ang 1995 plus MSF pa so ang total kay 2600 daw...pila kaha ang sa plan 999?..nikalit man ug lakaw ang CSR gud kay duha man gud mi iyang gi-entertain...hinaot naay motabang diri..
ang plan 1995 is bundle naman na, internet + phone same...ang plan 999 maoy + 500+ phone...
well, I was extremely pissed off by their terrible service. I just requested for a transfer of line to another address and it took over 1 month. I had been going back and forth to mactan for follow request but they just only answered me that It had already been forwarded in manila. What the hell! Am i that stupid person who believe that it will take several days for request to receive while we are now using emails to send requests?They might have thought that somebody has to come to manila from cebu to personally send the request.On top of that, they disconnected my current service while the request was on the process even worse I had to pay those days that I didn't have connection. I called Customer Service to raise a complain that it appeared on my bill that I had to pay the complete full amount of my monthly bill despite 4 weeks without internet connection. What they just said was that I would take 2 months before the request for adjustment would be validated
